Purchase agreement/EULA: Purchaser of any Daytrading University course, DVD, VHS video or other product hereby agrees that they are the End User and may not rent, resell, lease nor otherwise resell the content nor the video they have purchased in any manner, by any venue . All sales are final for all products. Copyable media, including DVDs and VHS tapes, may not be returned for refund, but we will replace any defective media at no cost to purchaser (contact us at ken@daytradinguniversity.com for an RMA number). You expressly waive any 'first-sale' doctrine or related rights by purchasing our DVDs, as they are individually licensed components of trading systems governed by this End-User License Agreement and Terms of Sale. Purchaser may not resale any video via ebay nor other resale venue of any kind. For downloadable videos, including videos of webinars, purchaser agrees to download these within 48-72 hours of getting their download links, and will be responsible for backing up their video recordings, and will not ask for download links to be re-enabled after 30 days following purchase. Downloads are individually IP-address tracked and watermarked; purchaser agrees to keep all video downloads for their own individual private use only and will not redistribute them in any manner.
